Sean is a trial attorney who represents large corporate clients defending personal injury cases under the Federal Employers' Liability Act and at common law. Sean has significant experience in understanding complex medical issues and has a deep knowledge of disability law. He has extensive experience assessing not only the medical significance of the alleged injuries, but also the vocational impact of the injuries on the individual's ability to return to work or other types of work.
Before joining Daley Mohan Groble, Sean worked for a disability law firm, trying cases in front of Administrative Law Judges, where he gained experience in cross-examining a wide range of medical experts, including orthopedists, cardiologists, oncologists, psychiatrists, and internists among others. Prior to this experience, Sean worked for the City of Chicago Department of Law Municipal Prosecutions, where he handled Municipal Code violations. He also clerked for the Cook County Public Defender and the King County Prosecutors Office in the Sexually Violent Predator Unit.
