Kerry concentrates her practice on a full range of litigation, defending Class I railroads, corporate clients and small businesses in commercial litigation, the Federal Employers Liability Act, the Federal Rail Safety Act, civil ligation, tax and regulatory claims, as well as labor and employment claims.
Prior to joining Daley Mohan Groble, Kerry worked for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office as an Assistant State’s Attorney. As an Assistant State’s Attorney, Kerry worked in the Juvenile Justice Bureau, trying numerous felony criminal cases in both jury trial and bench trial settings.
Kerry graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law, where she was a member of the University of Illinois College of Law Trial Team. While in law school, Kerry also participated in the Jerome Mirza Trial Academy, and won Best Oralist in the Intellectual Property Moot Court. Kerry holds a BA in Business Management from Indiana University.
