Jeffrey J. Scolaro
Jeff has represented clients in a host of commercial litigation matters and can guide clients through a number of areas, including: premises liability, insurance coverage, foreclosure actions, employment, labor law, professional negligence, trademark, asbestos, mechanics liens, general construction matters, defamation, trade secrets, ERISA matters, and zoning matters.
Jeff's experience also includes numerous administrative hearings before the Division of Insurance, Department of Labor, and National Labor Relations Board. Jeff can provide clients with a variety of time and money saving solutions to everyday business problems, as well as matters that require more focused and long-term solutions. Jeff also concentrates his practice on handling casualty litigation matters and providing dedicated services throughout the duration of such actions.
