Raymond H. Groble III
Ray concentrates his practice in commercial and casualty litigation for a diverse client base. He represents self-insured companies, commercial railroad and construction companies, and he engages in tort and product liability cases in state and federal courts. Ray’s litigation practice also involves representation of clients in labor, contract, directors’ liability, unfair competition, environmental matters and bankruptcy matters.
In addition to his extensive litigation practice, Ray engages in a sophisticated, broad-based transactional practice representing privately held companies. His varied practice includes enterprises ranging from start-ups to traditional well-established companies, and transactions ranging from initial corporate formations to mergers and acquisitions.
