Joel Cornfeld

Joel joined Daley Mohan Groble after working as an in-house attorney with CSX Transportation, a class one railroad headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. Joel worked in the litigation department where he supervised occupational and traumatic litigation involving injured employees and third-party plaintiffs. He was also responsible for management of some commercial litigation as well as the CSX internal summer associate program. Prior to joining CSX Transportation, Joel worked for Burns White and Hickton in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in their railroad litigation department. He has a proven track record of all aspects of FELA litigation.
